SALESPERSON
DESCRIPTION
The Salesperson will work with clients to evaluate needs, create solutions and ensure a smooth sales process from the first client meeting to the close of the project, and after, should that action be required.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

Meet with potential clients, take notes, photos and measurements to provide estimates via PandaDocs
-
Communicate with clients through client’s preferred method
-
Assist clients with project questions and product selection

Review service calls in a timely manner
-
Maintain above 30% close ratios as well as par numbers
-
Fill out material lists accurately and note any hardship factors related to the job

Setup projects in person (for larger projects) to help guide Foreman
-
Maintain company vehicles and equipment in the state that they were received
-
Manage time properly and give each client a courtesy call on their way to their scheduled appointment

Follow the company dress code and professionally represent our company at all times

Maintain a professional attitude
QUALIFICATIONS

Positive communication skills including conflict resolution
-
Basic computer skills
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
-
High school diploma or GED required
-
Construction experience
