This whole project started back in 2003; Paul and Leslie's house had t1-11 siding and was a single-story ranch. We first built steps and a sea wall by hand with a ball cart that year with a small paver landing.
Then in 2011 the neighbor's retaining wall was ready to collapse on the house. We took down the wall and built a new structural block wall and tied the wall back.
In 2012, Paul and Leslie built an addition to the house with all new siding, we built a paved driveway and retaining wall to hold the pavers in place, hail pummeled the new roof and siding after completion. After they repaired it we had to fix a bunch of it from heavy equipment in 2013.
In 2017, the homeowners had hired another company who spent 4 months building their retaining walls and extending their pavers. The new neighbor had hired the other contractor as well and was extremely disappointed.
In 2018, Paul had his man cave built and he hired PMS to build all the pavers and steps around the man cave and really tied his property together.
In 2020, they both decided to rip out the other contractor's work and have it all redone which was the bottom pad along with running the retaining wall to the neighbors new boat house and finishing and fixing the sea wall, creating the beach.
What you see in the video above is the culmination of almost 20 years of hard work, Paul and Leslie couldn't be happier and it was an honor to work for them all these years!
